The Story of an ICON
ICON Custom Home Builder, LLC began over 15 years ago when El Paso natives Carlos Garcia and his wife Juanita endeavored into the home building industry. Their creative vision gave way to a successful model home, which turned into two, then three.
Pretty soon Carlos and Juanita quit their jobs at the time and the two dedicated themselves wholeheartedly to the construction of quality modern homes. Together, they’ve become the most successful and reputable custom home builders in the El Paso area. They have excelled in the world of luxury home builders, building high-quality and beautifully designed modern homes in the community.

Our years of experience and the skills we’ve acquired during this time, allow us to be incredibly flexible. If you already have a custom floor plan that fits your needs, not only can we can build from that plan, but we can also offer you the option of modifying it with our in-house collection of custom floor designs.
We hold ourselves to very high standards, always crafting the best homes and ensuring everything we build is made to last.

Our system is better than any other home builder in the area. We typically begin designing in one to two months and finish construction in five to six months. Depending on whether you’ve selected the Choice, Advantage, or Design Build Home, you will have formal walkthroughs as construction is taking place, along with consistent communication with your builder.

About Our Community Involvement
ICON Homes cares about El Paso. That’s why every year we participate in community events and causes such as donating all of the proceeds of one of our homes to our favorite charity or group. In 2017, we donated a home to the Child Crisis Center. We hope to continue having the opportunity to give back to this community we love dearly.
In an effort to support some of the hardest and most dedicated workers in El Paso, we are offering a 1% discount on Advantage and Design Build Homes to fire, military, law enforcement, nurses, and teachers.
